Plans and limits
What each plan includes, how questions are counted and what happens at a limit.
Plans
- Free: $0. 1 site, up to 50 pages, 100 questions a month.
- Starter: $19 a month. 3 sites, up to 500 pages per site, 2,000 questions a month, email support.
- Pro: $49 a month. 10 sites, up to 2,000 pages per site, 10,000 questions a month, priority support.

How questions are counted
Each question asked through the widget counts as one, including questions you ask in the dashboard preview. Questions are counted per team, across all its sites, per calendar month in UTC. The count resets on the 1st. Deleting a site doesn't give questions back.
Check your usage on the Dashboard or under Billing.
What happens at a limit
- Sites: you can't add another site until you upgrade or delete one.
- Pages: pages past your plan's limit aren't indexed, and there's no warning. If the Total on the Indexing card equals your plan's limit, some pages were probably left out.
- Questions: the widget tells visitors "This assistant has reached its monthly question limit. Please try again later." until the count resets or you upgrade.
Upgrade, change or cancel
Only the team owner can change the subscription.
- To upgrade from Free, open Billing and click Upgrade, then pick a plan. Payment goes through Stripe. Promotion codes are accepted at checkout.
- To switch plans, update your card or cancel, open Billing and click Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal.
When a paid subscription ends, the team moves to the Free plan. Your sites and indexed pages stay.
