Each message a visitor sends to your widget. Limits apply per organization per calendar month (UTC), across all your sites.
What counts as a page?
Each URL in your sitemap that we index. The page limit applies to each site separately.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing in your dashboard.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan covers one site with up to 50 pages and 100 questions a month.
